Are you ready to inspire the next generation of healthy, active kids? Our Youth Sports Program is here to empower children through athletics and nutrition education, helping them build healthy habits that last a lifetime! See what we offer!!

Fun and Engaging Sports Activities: From soccer to basketball, our experienced coaches provide a variety of sports that promote teamwork, skill development, and physical fitness. 

Nutrition Education: Our program includes interactive workshops that teach kids about healthy eating, meal planning, and the importance of nutrition in sports and daily life. 

Positive Environment: We foster a supportive community where children can make friends, build confidence, and learn the value of a healthy lifestyle.  

Who Can Join: – Children ages 7-17 of all skill levels! Whether they’re beginners or seasoned athletes, everyone is welcome to participate and grow.  

                                                                                When and Where: – Our program runs Friday evenings from 6-8pm and Saturday mornings from 10am-12pm at The Youth and Family Club of Pomona Valley.

Many of the chronic diseases that were previously labeled as “adult-onset” are now being diagnosed in young children, causing serious concerns across the globe. These diseases include high blood pressure, type-2 diabetes, and other cardiovascular conditions.

 The alarming fact is that children who are obese are more likely to become overweight as adults, posing a significant risk to their future health.

The rate of obesity has slightly decreased over the years, but it still remains dangerously high. It is our collective responsibility to address this issue and take action to create a healthier society. That’s why we are on a mission to educate and empower vulnerable populations to prioritize their health and well-being.

Our goal is to create a better future for generations to come by promoting healthy and sustainable lifestyles. By targeting children and parents, we hope to inspire a positive change towards healthier eating habits, increased physical activity, and improved mental health. Our approach is holistic, focusing on creating a culture of health consciousness and education.
