Back to Basics Basketball
Our most popular program emphasizes the fundamentals of basketball. This results-driven curriculum is high intensity but evenly paced to ensure proper execution with each skill performed. Athletes will learn to improve their ball-handling, shooting technique, footwork, passing, and other basketball concepts. We prepare players to compete in organized leagues and select AAU clubs. Experienced trainers and coaches work diligently to assist the players in acquiring the necessary skills to become successful on and off the basketball court. Hit the court and take your skills to the next level!

What you will learn in this class
Ball-Handling
Master the art of ball control! Our expert coaches will guide you through essential dribbling techniques, footwork drills, and agility exercises that will enhance your ability to handle the ball under pressure. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, we have drills tailored to all levels.


Shooting
Become a sharpshooter! Learn the fundamentals of shooting form, foot placement, and follow-through. With personalized coaching and plenty of practice opportunities, you’ll increase your shooting accuracy and learn how to make those crucial shots when it counts.
Teamwork
Discover the power of collaboration! Basketball is a team sport, and our program emphasizes the importance of communication, trust, and strategy. Engage in team-building activities and learn how to work together effectively to achieve common goals on and off the court.

Fridays 6-8pm Sat. 10-12pm

Frequently Asked Questions
Children and adolescents are welcome to participate in our classes. All levels are encouraged.
Kids are encouraged to wear athletic shoes. A basketball and water are preferred but not required.
Clients must be registered prior to joining any workout session. Please see the registration link on this page to sign up.
Our classes are targeted for children and teenagers from the ages of 7-17 years. Private sessions may be scheduled for persons outside of that range.
All skill levels are welcome to our classes. We do our best to accommodate each athlete based on their individual talents.
