Back to Basics Basketball
Our most popular program that emphasizes the fundamentals of basketball. This results-driven curriculum is high intensity but evenly paced to ensure proper execution with each skill performed. Athletes will learn to improve their ball-handling, shooting technique, footwork, passing, and other basketball concepts. We prepare players to compete in organized leagues as well as select AAU clubs. Experienced trainers and coaches work diligently to assist the players in acquiring the necessary skills to become successful on and off the basketball court.
What you will learn in this class
Ball-Handling
Learn through a progression that will not only teach you to dribble the basketball but when and how to attack with the dribble. Become a smarter decision-maker that every coach will want.
Shooting
We will teach you the mechanics of shooting that will allow you to extend your range and become a threat from anywhere on the court. Build an offensive arsenal that will counter any defensive look.
Teamwork
Our welcoming environment allows anyone to participate in our classes. Friends and family members are encouraged to train. Stop by and check us out.
Fridays 6-8pm

Children and adolescents are welcome to participate in our classes. All levels are encouraged.
Kids are encouraged to wear athletic shoes. A basketball and water are preferred but not required.
Clients must be registered prior to joining any workout session. Please see the registration link on this page to sign up.
Our classes are targeted for children and teenagers from the ages of 7-17 years. Private sessions may be scheduled for persons outside of that range.
All skill levels are welcome to our classes. We do our best to accommodate each athlete based on their individual talents.
