Our programs were created to keep up with the changing times. Kids are not as physically active as they were 30 years ago and at the same time they are consuming more food. As a result, we have seen a steady increase in the childhood obesity rates around the country. Our goal is to design programs that increase physical activity while educating young people about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. We offer several programs to not only combat childhood obesity but to assist in the positive growth of our children.

Friday Night Hoops

Our most popular program that emphasizes the fundamentals of basketball. This results-driven curriculum is high intensity but evenly paced to ensure proper execution with each skill performed. Athletes will learn to improve their ball handling, shooting technique, footwork, passing, and other basketball concepts. We prepare players to compete in organized leagues as well as select AAU teams. Experienced trainers and coaches work diligently to assist the players in acquiring the necessary skills to become successful on and off the basketball court. 

This intense academy focuses on getting you faster, quicker, and more coordinated. Many people say they want to get faster but do not have the proper regiment to accomplish the task.  We got you covered! We have developed a specific set of drills and exercises to increase your stride, improve your stride length, and decrease the time you are on the ground. This combination of speed skills along with techniques to improve your balance, reaction time, and lateral movement will undoubtedly improve your performance and give you an edge over your competition.

To increase the number of local sports participants and to promote healthy living throughout the community, we are offering our services to interested youth for FREE. Children are invited to be a part of our basketball skills workout series where they will learn the fundamentals of passing, ball-handling, and shooting. Whether you are playing on a travel ball club or have never played basketball before, there is a place for you in our class.

HI-STEPS   (Health Is Sports Training, Education, Performance, and Service) 
 

Our new HI-STEPS program is a six-week after-school class, designed for elementary children from grades K-5, that provides specialized sports training to enhance coordination, speed, and balance. Other benefits from this program include concepts of teamwork, leadership, and responsibility as well as nutritional guidance that will allow the participants to create and practice a balanced diet. This class will provide parents a childcare solution close to their homes where the participants can spend their time in a safe environment.
